Approach

How I work

Two decades of leading international R&D taught one lesson: great products happen when insight, science and people pull in the same direction.

Start from the consumer

Every engagement begins with the people who will buy, use and love the product — their realities, budgets and tastes.

Grounded in science

Nutrition and food-technology decisions based on evidence and manufacturing reality, not fashion.

Built with your team

Working alongside your people, transferring capability rather than creating dependency.

What others observe

A career built across three continents

Juan Carlos Brügger

Chemical engineering, Universidad de Los Andes (summa cum laude) · IMD Future Leaders

Juan Carlos spent more than twenty years in research, development and operations for a leading global food company — working from Switzerland, Brazil and the United States across dairy, plant-based, ready-to-drink and affordable nutrition.

He has led global categories, delivered international launches reaching more than twenty markets, directed capital projects from greenfield design to start-up, and twice received international innovation awards. Along the way he built and led multicultural teams of scientists, engineers and project managers.

Today he brings that experience to clients as an independent advisor — working in English, German, Spanish and Portuguese, on site or remote.
